The 2018 Annual General Meeting of MIDA Assets Public Company Limited was held at 10.30 AM on April 27, 2018, at Mida Hotel Don Mueang Airport Bangkok, located at 99/401-486, Soi Benjamitr, Chaengwattana Road, Thung Song Hong Sub-district, Lak Si District, Bangkok. There were 47 shareholders attending the meeting, accounting for 1,761,931,328 shares, or 70.36 percent of shares sold. The number constituted a quorum set in the company's regulations. The resolutions can be summed up as follows:
1. It was resolved to approve the minutes of 2018 Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2018, with votes as follows

            3) Mr. Pisoot Saengsukthip
with votes as follows:

            4) Ms. Nujarin Roopsom
with votes as follows:

6. It was resolved to pay compensations for the board for the 2018 term, with a sum no larger than 2,000,000 baht (two million baht), with votes no less than two third of the shareholders present and eligible to vote:

7. It was resolved to appoint Mr. Narin Juramongkol, a certified public accountant (CPA) holding certificate no. 8593; or Ms. Kanyanat Sriratchatchawal, a CPA holding certificate no. 6549; or Mr. Theerasak Chuasrisakul, a CPA holding certificate no. 6624; or Ms. Sansanee Poonsawat, a CPA holding certificate no. 6977; or Grant Thornton Co., Ltd., as auditor of the company, with annual and quarterly audit fees of 2,260,000 baht (two million two hundred sixty thousand baht), with votes as follows:

8. It was resolved to approve the amendment of company regulation item 24 in compliance with Public Limited Companies Act, B.E.2535, Section 100, which has been amended by Order of the Head of National Council for Peace and Order No. 21/2560 on amendment of laws to facilitate the ease of doing business, with votes no less than three quarter of the shareholders present and eligible to vote:

9. It was resolved to issue and sell bonds and other debt instruments to provide more possible prospects of income for company's working capital, which might prove beneficial in managing financial capital of the company in baht or other currencies equivalent (at a given period) within the limit of 3,500 million baht, with votes no less than three quarter of the shareholders present and eligible to vote:
